A. We have Vacuum transfer system for following process
1. Loading sugar in sugar melting vessel.
2. Loading all type of Mixer machine.
3. Inline milling and sifting.
4. Loading all type of Blender machine.
5. Loading on Tablet Press.
6. Loading Tablet in coating Pan
7. Unloading FBD Bowl
8. Inline dry granulation with Roll Compactor. Oscillating Granulator and sifter
B. We have Tipper system for following process
1. Unloading FBD Bowl with inline milling or sifting.
C. We have Bin Loader system for following process
1. Loading all tySpe of Mixer machine.
2. Loading Powder to the Tablet press.
3. Loading Tablet in Coating Pan
4. Inline milling and sifting of the materials.
D. We have Storage Bin / IPC Bin system for following process
1. Storage of powder, Granules. Tablets, Coated Tablets.
2. Transfer ingredient etc.
